Role Overview

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle in Japan, from identifying high-potential opportunities to closing agreements and expanding relationships with strategic customers.

What You’ll Do
\n
\n- Prospect and qualify enterprise opportunities in Japan, focusing on Digital Native and enterprise customers.
\n- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders; understand their business needs and map Stripe solutions to strategic outcomes.
\n- Lead complex negotiations, coordinate internal resources, and manage the deal lifecycle from discovery to closure.
\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Support) to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
\n- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline, and quarterly targets; contribute to strategy for the Japan market.

What We’re Looking For
\n
\n- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech or payments.
\n- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals with large organizations.
\n- Strong network in Japan with an ability to navigate C-suite conversations.
\n- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Japanese (if applicable).
\n- Self-starter with strong collaboration across product, legal, finance, and support teams.
