🎯 Requirements

- Strong analytical judgment; synthesize data into clear recommendations
- Proven success leading large cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Operations, leadership
- Proficiency in data analysis; SQL and analytics platforms (Looker, Sigma, Hex) a plus
