🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy and operations (consulting, finance, GM, operations)
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
• Excellent project management; able to handle multiple projects
• Strong understanding of commerce operations and process optimization
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience with SQL and analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, Hex
