Strategy & Operations Manager, Enterprise Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with Global/AMER leaders to refine segment strategy and growth.
• Maintain business reviews and cadences to hit revenue targets.
• Analyze sales metrics and derive data-driven insights (SQL/R/Python).
• Build dashboards, models, and ad hoc analyses in spreadsheets/BI tools.
• Develop GTM use cases and refine sales motions across regions.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready narratives for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or GTM ops.
• Proficiency in SQL or R for data queries and modeling.
• Mastery of Google Sheets/Excel; pivot tables and modeling.
• Strong analytical skills translating data to insights.
• Experience with GTM systems (Salesforce) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
