Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build a new team of Strategic Event Operations Managers to lead design and execution of complex, high-impact events globally.
• Own the full operational strategy from early-stage definition to final execution; define how the event should be run.
• Autonomous role for those who thrive in ambiguity, own their work, and create structure where none exists.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar) or Strategy & Operations in high-growth companies.
• Proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading end-to-end projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations).
• Fluent English.
• Excel and SQL experience; strong structured problem solving; stakeholder management; operational design.
