🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in Strategy & Operations, IB or consulting
- Experience in Investment Banking middle- and back-office ops is a plus
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- English fluency; German a plus; ability to work under pressure
