🎯 Requirements

- Experience using generative AI tools to improve workflows
- Comfort with Salesforce, Notion, and customer success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero) or willingness to learn
- Experience building presentations and communicating complex ideas clearly
- Excellent communication; ability to influence stakeholders from operators to executives and board
