Strategy & Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute originations roadmap across direct mail, digital, and partner channels.
• Build business cases to support channel expansion and testing.
• Define and track OKRs/KPIs for originations; surface insights regularly.
• Own funnel and conversion reporting end-to-end; maintain dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks in the origination funnel; design scalable improvements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• 2-4 years in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth fintech.
• Background in financial services or consumer lending preferred.
• Track record owning cross-functional projects from analysis to execution.
• Translate business problems into functional requirements for engineering.
• SQL skills; BI tools Looker/Tableau; familiarity with AI tools; strong communication.
