📋 Description

• Own day-to-day engagement with network partners and drive execution.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver partner integrations and launches.
• Pursue high-impact opportunities from ideation to P&L.
• Translate partner insights into product and strategy recommendations.
• Build strong relationships to drive alignment and unblock execution.
• Track progress and ensure accountability across stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years fintech/payments or financial services experience
• 2+ years at a top-3 consulting firm; FS/tech/retail focus preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems
• Strong relationship skills; autonomous with influence
