📋 Description

• Define GTM strategy across segments, industries, regions, and partners.
• Codify priorities into an annual initiative portfolio with owners.
• Build a 3-year operating model: revenue plan, capacity, investments.
• Develop strategic artifacts: market maps, growth theses, GTM alignment.
• Define leading indicators: pipeline, segment traction, velocity, ROI.
• Design GTM motions with hypotheses, segments, offers, and metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to connect strategy to field execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in GTM Strategy/Ops or adjacent roles; enterprise software preferred.
• Strong business and GTM knowledge across field/indirect sales, marketing.
• Proven track record executing integrated GTM strategies with ROI.
• Experience in segmentation, coverage, capacity planning, scenario analysis.
• Analytical, data-driven; comfortable with modeling, ROI, CAC planning.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management; drive senior alignment.
• Strong program design with hypothesis-led experimentation; SQL/BI a plus.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration from strategy to field execution.
