• Understand levers affecting performance and suggest actions to improve impact
• Provide actionable insights and reports to BlaBlaCar's executives to support strategic decisions
• Evaluate current operations and recommend strategies to achieve business goals
• Build positive and trustful relationships with management to identify needs and opportunities
• Analyze and deliver reports for stakeholders with Tableau

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business or Economics
• 2-4 years in consulting, BI, or similar analytics roles or internships
• Excellent communication: synthesize and present data clearly
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; strategic thinker
• Attention to details and the ability to see the bigger picture
• Ability to take ownership aligned with business priorities
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or Ukrainian a plus
• Fit with BlaBlaPrinciples
• Thriving in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environment
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau)
