Strategy Associate - Banking, private equity, or consulting experience required

📋 Description

• Lead and own creation of analyses, financial models, and pitch materials.
• Collaborate with sales/clinical leaders to develop partnership strategies from health system data.
• Serve on client-facing deal team; present financial and strategic analyses to health system leadership.
• Support execution of new business and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and information for leadership decisions.
• Preferred: reside in EST/CST time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in analytically intensive field (investment banking, management consulting, corporate development) or BD operations at a high-growth company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude; ability to roll up sleeves and execute.
• Preferred: reside in EST/CST time zones and ability to work in US time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
