Strategy and Operations Manager, Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Work with data team on reporting and analyzing performance data; recommend course corrections
• Lead strategic and operational projects to move the business forward and scale
• Collaborate with post-sales GTM team to build playbooks and documentation
• Support GTM leaders in identifying and presenting data and insights
• Align with GTM launch, category, and central ops to ensure clear responsibilities
• Develop market strategies by understanding competitive landscape and live selling trends

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in consulting or finance and/or strategy, operations or analytics at a high-growth startup
• Strong strategic sense balancing data-driven insights and business instincts
• Exceptionally analytical; able to develop high-level insights and dig into data
• Excellent executive communication; able to explain insights to diverse audiences
• Excellent data skills including SQL and Excel
• Experience supporting post-sales motion of a GTM organization
