Strategy and Operations Manager, Categories and Expansion

📋 Description

• Work with the data team on reporting and performance analysis.
• Lead strategic and operational projects to scale the business.
• Build and develop playbooks and documentation with post-sales GTM.
• Support GTM leaders in identifying and presenting data insights.
• Analyze performance and measure success of initiatives.
• Collaborate with GTM launch, category, and central ops for clear duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Past experience in consulting finance or strategy, ops, or analytics at a high-growth startup.
• Strong strategic sense balancing data-driven insights and business instincts.
• Exceptionally analytical; able to derive high-level insights from data.
• Excellent executive communication; explain insights to varied audiences.
• Excellent data skills including SQL and Excel.
• Experience supporting the post-sales motion of a GTM org.
