Strategy and Governance Manager

📋 Description

• Design and enhance AML policies, procedures, and controls for igaming provinces.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and reviews; track issues to closure.
• Gather KPIs and KRIs for senior leadership review.
• Strategize AML and Sanctions program development with senior management.
• Communicate AML performance, metrics, and regulatory developments to leadership.
• Leverage governance, risk, and compliance tools to support the FCC program.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance at a regulated financial institution.
• 3+ years in leadership/managerial role; Canadian gaming exp a plus.
• In-depth FINTRAC regulation knowledge.
• Strong ability to document processes, policies, analytics, and reporting.
• Comfortable engaging across departments to address AML issues.
• Self-starter, proactive, independent work style.
• Extremely organized; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• CAMS certification preferred.
