🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, consulting, product, or data science
- Advanced skills in Excel and SQL
- Experience with data infra, event logging, or ML-based product a plus
- Strategic problem solver; breaks down ambiguous problems with first principles
- Analytical, metrics-focused; defines KPIs and measures performance
- Strong communicator of data-driven insights
