• Own end-to-end enterprise AI deployments for top financial institutions.
• Partner with senior executives to define AI strategy and drive deployments.
• Lead executive steering forums and strategic narratives.
• Manage multi-workstream programs from strategy to production deployment.
• Build executive relationships and discuss AI risk, compliance, CX transformation.
• Translate strategy into production-grade AI systems with eng/product.
• Structure ambiguous challenges into clear workstreams with metrics.
• Contribute data-driven insights to customers' and internal decisions.
• Translate Financial Services challenges into scalable AI solutions.

• Proven track record owning complex projects and executive relationships.
• Experience as engagement manager at top management consulting firms.
• Product managers who have interfaced with customers on new products.
• Former founders who built and scaled products and teams.
• Experience interfacing with VP-level executives and above.
• High EQ and ability to motivate a team with stakeholders.
• Humility and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Mastery of program ownership and delivering large-scale projects.
• Interest in Financial Services, fintech, and security/compliance basics.
