- 2+ years as a strategist in a media or creative agency (Singapore/APAC).
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with energy.
- Strong collaboration and cross-team engagement skills.
- Able to prioritize and act on critical differences between priority and urgency.
- Manage tasks/projects end-to-end with quality assurance ownership.
- Excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
