  • Engage with London startup/VC ecosystem; build founder, operator, and VC relationships.
  • Support VC/accelerator partnerships with enablement, intros, and portfolio engagement.
  • Attract founders to Vanta via events, workshops, and office hours.
  • Collaborate with Sales/SDRs/Marketing to convert engagement into pipeline.
  • Run structured partnership programs, onboarding, events, and deal support.
  • Represent Vanta at startup/VC events and ecosystem gatherings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in startups, VC, accelerators, partnerships, or early-stage sales.
  • Strong familiarity with the London startup/VC ecosystem; relationships across EMEA are a bonus.
  • High energy and strong people skills; enjoy meeting founders.
  • GTM and revenue-focused mindset; partnerships driving pipeline.
  • Excellent communication to explain value to founders and internal teams.
  • Execution mindset; run programs/events and follow-ups; able to work in London 3 days/wk.
