- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Clarity across Bloomreach Discovery and Engagement.
- Update front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize weblayers and Clarity UI.
- Design scalable technical solutions translating requirements into Clarity implementations.
- Guide customers on analytics tracking, event instrumentation, and A/B testing to optimize results.
- Troubleshoot frontend, analytics, data connectivity, and Discovery integration issues.
- Define and refine the Clarity implementation playbook and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- BS/BTech in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with website behavior, personalization tools, search or recommendation systems, analytics instrumentation, or A/B testing.
- Background in technical consulting/implementation for SaaS, eCommerce, or Martech.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across data and front-end layers.
- Bonus: experience with search/discovery platforms, personalization, tagging/analytics.
