  • Be first line of defense for assigned Strategic portfolio support (phone, email, video calls)

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service, implementation, sales or account management in a technical setting
  • Willing to work weekend shifts (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thur)
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
  • Distill complex enterprise needs into tailored solutions and explain tech clearly
  • Advanced knowledge of Square product suite across US/CA/IE/UK/AU/JP
  • Proficient with APIs, SDKs, and custom integrations
