Cover weekend support Thursday to Monday.
Support AI teams using Prolific for model training and data tasks.
Collaborate with CS, Engineering, Product, and Ops to resolve issues and meet SLAs.
Escalate bugs to Engineering with clear steps and impact summaries.
Advise on best practices for AI study design and data pipelines.
Own API integrations between AI customers and Prolific.

🎯 Requirements

Experience supporting AI/ML orgs in training, evaluation, or data annotation.
Strong API troubleshooting and integration debugging.
Familiar with observability tools (Datadog, Metabase, Postman).
Excellent cross-functional communication.
Background in technical support.
Ability to interpret logs and reproduce issues clearly.
