- Proven track record negotiating hyperscaler, enterprise software, SaaS.
- Strong licensing, cloud pricing, and software contract knowledge.
- Experience managing cross-functional exec-level stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication; distill complex topics into exec narratives.
- Preferred: S2C platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Zip) and OSS governance.
