Identify potential manufacturing partners (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, forging).
Build and maintain a structured supplier database (capabilities, certifications, locations).
Support supplier pre-qualification with production capacity, equipment, and certifications.
Manage supplier data and reporting; track lead times and responsiveness.
Collaborate with Sourcing; assist with supplier onboarding (NDA/MSA).
Travel 0–10%; mostly Monterrey; on-site role.
