- Extensive SaaS software knowledge.
- Cost modeling skills using Excel or similar tools.
- Strong experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, licensing, security terms.
- 4+ years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers.
- Independent with strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder mgmt.
