- 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, consulting, vendor management, or technology strategy roles.
- Experience sourcing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, IT services, or technology vendors.
- Strong commercial negotiation experience with enterprise technology suppliers.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial models, supplier comparisons, and contract structures.
- Experience using data, automation, or AI tools to support decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
