Strategic Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead SaaS/tech contract negotiations; vendor management.
• Run end-to-end RFX, evaluations, and bids; data-driven selections.
• Build cost models; present insights to drive savings.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licenses with Legal/Compliance/Security.
• Accelerate vendor onboarding with policy, privacy, and security compliance.
• Partner with IT, Marketing, GTM/Sales, and HR to align strategies with goals.
• Contribute to tool/process improvements, including Zip transition and intake-to-procure.
• Track market trends, savings, cycle times, and risk reduction.

🎯 Requirements

• Growth mindset; ability to leverage AI to drive faster, smarter decisions.
• 4+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement; strong indirect/tech/SaaS experience.
• Proven negotiator with 4+ years drafting/negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licenses with Legal/Security.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets (pivot/lookup/cost modeling); data storytelling; Google/Microsoft.
• Hands-on with procurement tools; Coupa/Zip a plus; familiarity with Box/AI workflows.
• Customer-service mindset; strong stakeholder management; works independently and collaboratively.
• Organized, detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/IS/Finance/Procurement; Master’s/APICS a plus.
