Strategic Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead contract negotiations and vendor management for SaaS and tech categories.
• Run end-to-end RFX processes, supplier evaluations, and bids.
• Build cost models and present insights that drive savings.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licenses with Legal/Compliance.
• Accelerate vendor onboarding while ensuring privacy and security compliance.
• Partner with IT, Marketing, GTM/Sales, and HR to align strategies with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement (indirect/tech/SaaS).
• Proven negotiator: drafting/negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs with Legal/Security.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; data storytelling; Google/Microsoft Suite.
• Proficient with procurement tools (Coupa, Zip); Box workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management; independent and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s/APICS a plus.
