Manage all purchasing needs for assigned departments
Plan and forecast purchasing with department managers and Strategic Finance
Develop scopes of work, including service specs and terms
Lead supplier engagement: due diligence, competitive bids and negotiations; partner with IT
Develop cost models to support negotiations, decision-making and cost forecasting
Oversee purchase requests, NDA/contracting with Legal, and security/privacy needs

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in tech procurement or supplier management
Experience in procurement, contracting and negotiating with supplier executives
Contract drafting, negotiations and redlining with cost-saving focus
Strong customer service and collaboration mindset
