Strategic Sourcing Lead, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for Professional Services partners.
• Draft and operationalize SOWs, pricing exhibits, terms with Legal/Finance.
• Ensure supplier engagements align with category strategy and policies.
• Operate procurement workflows with rigor across Zip, Ironclad, Slack.
• Drive reporting and insights: dashboards, spend analytics, bottlenecks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to unblock deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor mgmt.
• Experience managing multiple Professional Services supplier engagements.
• Experience with Extended Workforce worker classification and co-employment risk.
• Familiarity with rate cards, milestone pricing, governance, and billing.
• High operational fluency with Zip, Ironclad, and Slack.
• Strong analytical skills with spend data and contract terms.
• Ability to execute independently with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
