📋 Description

  • Own sourcing and commercial strategy across OpenAI’s ads stack and consumer verticals.
  • Lead end-to-end deals: vendor strategy, RFPs, negotiation, security review, contracting.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to ensure vendors support launches without blocking delivery.
  • Build and manage a multi-vendor ads tech ecosystem to drive revenue and cost optimization.
  • Structure contracts and pricing to preserve optionality and minimize long-term lock-in.
  • Coordinate Security, Legal, and Privacy reviews for regulated data and high-risk vendors.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years leading tech partnerships, sourcing, or commercial negotiations in high-growth product env.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership to align Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Finance around complex decisions.
  • Experience in regulated/high-risk domains (health, finance, payments, identity, data).
  • Proven track record negotiating commercial, technical, and data-driven vendor agreements.
  • Thrives in ambiguity with commercial discipline, compliance, and risk awareness.
  • Ownership mindset; independently drive deals and unblock blockers to close revenue-impacting outcomes.
