🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, cost control, or commercial management.
- Proven success leading portfolios across construction, facilities, robotics, or engineering.
- Proven success implementing standardized delivery frameworks across geos and project teams.
- Deep understanding of contracting models (Lump Sum, GMP, CMAR, T&M).
- Deep experience with cost, schedule, change control, and risk management.
- Experience establishing category playbooks, supplier performance frameworks.
