Recruit Advisors in Japan via phone, LinkedIn, and outreach.
Screen experts and create profiles for client consideration.
Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, offices, and Advisors.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
Outgoing interpersonal skills; ability to speak with professionals at all levels
Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong time management and organizational skills
