Strategic Pursuit Architect, Agentforce

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of competitive bake-offs with strategic prospects.
• Demo Agentforce live to enterprise buyers, showing AI powered interactions.
• Own solution architecture and scoping decisions translating requirements into demos.
• Direct and guide offshore developers (India-based) delivering the build in parallel.
• Partner with Pre-Sales on selective engagements, providing depth in conversations.
• Smoothly transition bake-offs into signed SOWs, handing off context to delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including architecture, configuration, and development across Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience delivering Agentforce or other AI powered solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong expertise in Agentforce Voice, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or comparable CCaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing technical engagements in consulting or professional services.
• Ability to scope, architect, and deliver PoV solutions on aggressive timelines (2-6 weeks).
• Salesforce Admin + Service Cloud Consultant or Platform Developer I certifications.
