🎯 Requirements

Degree in Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
3+ years leading teams or SWE/operational projects
Strong problem-solving in technical and operational contexts
Entrepreneurial mindset; able to build from scratch and execute quickly
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analytics
