Strategic Projects Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI data programs with quality and timelines.
• Design/manage data pipelines from specs to delivery; taxonomy and quality.
• Manage 1,000+ distributed contributors: sourcing, vetting, training.
• Primary client contact for AI researchers; deliver reports and insights.
• Run internal war rooms to preempt quality issues and delays.
• Partner with Eng, Product, Growth; deploy AI automations to improve quality and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in consulting, finance, startups, or ops roles.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL or Python proficiency preferred.
• Track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building from scratch in ambiguity.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
