Strategic Project Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and grow large teams of annotators and trainers.
• Define scopes, timelines, and quality metrics.
• Manage risks, blockers, and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive data quality, curation, and annotation pipelines.
• Partner with engineering/research to optimize tooling.
• Lead data annotation programs using Databricks/Snowflake contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or delivery of large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead and scale large teams (100+ members).
• Strong technical grounding in AI/ML, data annotation, and multimodal systems.
• Hands-on leadership in data analytics, data engineering, or BI with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT, data warehouses, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
