📋 Description

• Own end-to-end development of video data platform from concept to scale.
• Design and build systems to collect, label, and manage video data
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, sales, and operations
• Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver on schedule
• Communicate progress to executive leadership and translate strategies into plans

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years experience in ops, strategy, product, consulting, or startups
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong systems thinking and scalable process design
• Move quickly with incomplete or evolving information
• Analytical, data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Curiosity to ramp in AI, data platforms, or robotics
