🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in product engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with NPD, NPI, APQP and production environments.
- Expertise in multiple manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Die Casting, or Assembly.
- Customer-facing experience leading technical, operational, and consulting engagements.
- Strong program and time management skills, with ability to prioritize risks and meet deadlines.
