  • Own and grow strategic book; maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

  • Deliver QBRs with Data and Success teams to optimize pricing, checkout, and tax
  • Voice of the customer to shape roadmap; identify blockers and requests

  • 5+ years closing experience in tech, SaaS, or billing/payments with growth in existing base
  • Long-term relationship focus; comfortable renewals and cross-sell
  • MoR, API integrations, and global SaaS taxation
  • Consultative seller; focus on business outcomes and GMV impact
  • Collaborative leader; coordinate with CS, Solutions Architects, and Legal to close deals
  • Payments/Fintech/Mobile Growth Experience: experience in payments or subscription tools
