🎯 Requirements

- Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic planning, annual plans, and roadmaps
- Translate strategy into prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes
- Expertise in performance management systems (OKRs) connecting strategy to execution
- Strong communication; experience with executive materials and QBRs
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
