  • Organizational design expertise including significant changes.
  • HR programs, coaching, performance management, employee relations; AI in HR.
  • Experience with globally distributed teams across time zones (Americas and EMEA).
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Fluent English and reliable home internet.
