Strategic People Partner (Americas)

📋 Description

• Strategic People Leadership: lead senior leaders, enable decisions.
• Organizational Design: refine structure with department heads.
• Employee Relations Leadership: handle investigations with Legal.
• Leadership Development: train managers; partner with L&D.
• Develop and Manage Performance Process: refine processes; oversee PIPs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with People Experience, Services, TA, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of People and Business Partner experience.
• Organizational design expertise including significant changes.
• HR programs, coaching, performance management, employee relations; AI in HR.
• Experience with globally distributed teams across time zones (Americas and EMEA).
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Fluent English and reliable home internet.
