🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in People Ops or HR with lifecycle knowledge.
Experience administering an HRIS; HiBob a plus.
Experience with benefits, leaves, records, onboarding, offboarding.
Proven ability to improve processes and adopt technology.
Strong communication, organization, and discretion.
