📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end P&L, revenue, margin, and growth targets for strategic partnerships.
  • Be the primary day-to-day relationship owner with partner contacts across commercial.
  • Define post-launch growth roadmaps to expand scope, volume, geographies, or terms.
  • Translate goals into quarterly and annual plans with KPIs, forecasts, and dashboards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on partnerships' commitments and SLAs.
  • Lead regular business reviews with partners and manage issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic partnerships or related roles with P&L ownership.
  • Proven track record owning and growing a complex commercial relationship post-launch.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen; comfortable owning P&L and forecasts.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership; influence without authority.
  • Outstanding relationship management and executive communication.
  • Operator’s mindset: willing to dive into details and unblock issues.
