- Own P&L and growth targets for partnerships post-launch.

- Translate partnership goals into quarterly/annual plans with KPIs and dashboards.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership commitments and SLAs.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in strategic partnerships with P&L ownership.
- Proven track record growing complex partnerships post-launch.
- Strong commercial/analytical acumen; forecasting and data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership; influence across product, ops, marketing, and finance.
- Outstanding relationship management and executive communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable; food/CPG/hospitality experience a plus.
