  • Build and manage relationships with regional systems integrators to drive opportunities.
  • Educate RSI partners and provide resources to promote Gearset to their clients.
  • Align with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to support RSI partners.
  • Collaborate on joint GTM activities, events, and campaigns to generate leads.
  • Develop product knowledge and become a Gearset value specialist.

  • Customer-facing experience in Alliances/Sales for a Salesforce SaaS company.
  • Experience forming partnerships with Salesforce SI ecosystem and regional SIs.
  • Active relationships within regional systems integrators.
  • Commercially astute; consultative and questioning to drive value.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel across North America and Europe.
