🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in partnerships, BD, CS, or account mgmt in crypto/DeFi/fintech infra.
- Proven track record managing complex blockchain integrations from signing to launch.
- Extremely organized with program management and initiative leadership.
- Deep knowledge of DeFi lending mechanics, collateralization, liquidity, vaults, and yield optimization.
- Technical aptitude bridging engineering and business (APIs, smart contracts, oracles).
- Experience structuring incentives, revenue shares, or co-marketing programs.
