  • Own growth-enabling partnership portfolio across partner types.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS/healthcare partnerships.
  • Proven ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline, ARR, and co-sell outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and partner economics across pricing, revenue share, and sponsored programs.
  • Experience managing the partner lifecycle from sourcing to sunset with mutual action plans.
  • Experience building partner scorecards, attribution, enablement workflows.
  • Cross-functional leadership and comfort with AI/automation tools.
