  • 2-5 years in corporate finance, PE/VC, or ops to structure partnerships
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue or pipeline targets, with measurable outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: build from zero, thrive in ambiguity, ship v1s
  • Strong project management discipline for cross-functional initiatives
  • Executive presence: present to C-suite and partner leadership
