🎯 Requirements

- Full working proficiency in French

- Strong ability to plan, execute, and measure event impact and ROI
- Excellent networking and pitching skills with C-level executives and professional federation leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives building from scratch in uncharted territory
- Strong ownership and accountability in delivering measurable results
- Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, PMM, Business ops)
